The Mobile+ app is a business calling app that lets staff make and receive work calls on their mobile phones using a separate business number.
Important facts
The app sits alongside the user’s normal phone dialler. Personal calls stay on the phone. Business calls happen inside the Mobile+ app. This keeps work activity separate, secure, and managed by the business.
All business numbers, call features, permissions, and recordings are controlled in the PiPcall admin portal. Nothing is stored or configured on the user’s device.
Because the Mobile+ app uses the mobile voice network, not VoIP, calls sound and behave like normal mobile calls — but with business features added on top.
