• Non geographic numbers

• Freephone numbers

BT is stopping the BT One Phone platform in phases from the end of March 2026. Once your BT One Phone services are terminated, you won’t be able to make or receive voice calls or SMS (including emergency services) or utilise data services. You will also lose your numbers unless you port them to another service.

In most cases, no. The native dialler experience remains the same.
