An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a mobile data plan from PiPcall Limited without needing a physical SIM card. It works by downloading a digital profile to your device, which can be used to access data services in supported regions.
Your data service will begin once the eSIM is activated in the designated country or countries for which the service was purchased. Follow the steps below to activate your eSIM on iOS and Android devices.
**For iOS Devices:**
1. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Go to **Settings**.
3. Tap **Mobile Data** (or **Cellular**).
4. Select **Add Data Plan**.
5. Scan the QR code provided by PiPcall Limited or enter the details manually.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
**For Android Devices:**
1. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Open the **Settings** app.
3. Go to **Network & Internet**, then tap **Mobile Network**.
4. Tap **Add Carrier** or **Download a SIM**.
5. Scan the QR code or enter the details manually.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Each eSIM data plan is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Any unused data will expire at the end of the period, and there are no rollovers or refunds for unused data.
No. Once an eSIM data plan is purchased, it cannot be exchanged, modified, or refunded. However, if you require more data, you can easily purchase additional plans through PiPcall Limited.
If your eSIM isn’t working, ensure you have followed the activation steps carefully. Also, check if:
- Your device is compatible with eSIM technology.
- Your mobile data settings are configured correctly.
- You are in a region where PiPcall Limited eSIM services are supported.

Your eSIM will work in the designated country or countries for which the service was purchased. Please ensure that your selected plan supports the country you are travelling to before purchasing.
On most devices, you can choose which SIM to use for data:
- **iOS:** Go to **Settings > Mobile Data** and select which SIM you want to use for data.
- **Android:** Go to **Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network**, and choose your preferred SIM for data.
If any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised use of the eSIM is detected, PiPcall Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service. Please contact customer support immediately if you believe your eSIM has been compromised.
