No changes are made until your setup has been reviewed and approved. We agree the rollout plan with you before activation.
Will my numbers transfer?
Yes, you keep your numbers. Mobile and geographic numbers can be ported across, and we manage the porting process end-to-end to minimise disruption.
How long will it take?
Most SME deployments go live within 2 weeks once your configuration is confirmed. Larger or more complex estates are typically 3-4 weeks, mainly depending on porting windows and any call flow requirements.
Can Mobile+ work with our existing UC platform?
Yes, where suitable. Mobile+ SIM and eSIM options can extend business calling to mobile users while keeping calls in the native dialler.
What if something goes wrong?
You’ll have UK-based support and a structured go-live plan. We monitor the service closely after activation and resolve issues quickly, including porting and configuration queries, with a named point of contact.
Can I keep my existing phones?
Yes. Users keep their handsets, and desk phones can remain in place where required.If your devices support it, eSIM can avoid a physical SIM swap. We’ll confirm the best option during your review.
Do users need to install a calling app?
For SIM and eSIM users, everyday calls are made through the phone’s normal dialler. The app can be used where a SIM/eSIM approach is not required.
Can you support both mobile and office-based users?
Yes. Mobile+ can support SIMs, eSIMs, app users, desktop softphones and desk phones across one business phone setup.
Do I need new SIMs?
Usually, yes, either a replacement SIM or an eSIM activation, depending on device compatibility and the agreed migration approach. We’ll confirm the best route during your switchover review.
