Terms & Conditions for PiPcall Trial Offering

 

Definitions

  1. PiPcall: Refers to PiPcall Ltd, the provider of the Trial offering, as outlined in these terms and conditions.
  2. Trial: Denotes the Trial offering provided by PiPcall, allowing users to access and utilize specified services for a limited duration, subject to the terms outlined herein.
  3. User: Any individual accessing or using the PiPcall Trial, as defined in these terms and conditions.
  4. SMS Services: Refers to the functionality allowing users to send text messages to UK numbers with specific prefixes as outlined in Section 3 of these terms.
  5. Call Services: Denotes the capability to make outbound calls to UK numbers with specific prefixes as outlined in Section 4 of these terms.
  6. Premium Numbers: Designates numbers that incur additional charges beyond standard rates, including premium-rate numbers and other designated prefixes as outlined in Section 5 of these terms.
  7. Termination: Refers to the cessation or suspension of user access to the Trial offering by PiPcall, as outlined in Section 7 of these terms.
  8. Amendments: Denotes modifications or changes to the terms and conditions of the Trial offering by PiPcall, as outlined in Section 10 of these terms.
  9. Governing Law: Refers to the legal jurisdiction and laws of England governing the terms and conditions of the Trial offering, as outlined in Section 11 of these terms.
  10. Acceptance of Terms: Indicates the user's acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the PiPcall Trial offering, as outlined in Section 12 of these terms.



1. Introduction
 
 This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Trial offering ("Trial") provided by PiPcall ("We", "Us", or "Our") for UK SMS services to UK numbers and the associated restrictions. By using this Trial, the user ("You" or "User") agrees to abide by these Terms.
 


2. Trial Period
 
 The duration of the Trial and any associated benefits will be stipulated upon your registration. PiPcall reserves the right to terminate the Trial at any time, with the possibility of extension or renewal at our discretion.
 


3. SMS Services
 
 3.1. The Trial allows you to send SMS to UK numbers starting with "07" exclusively.
 
 3.2. SMS to any number outside this range or to international numbers is strictly prohibited.
 


4. Call Services
 
 4.1. During the Trial, outbound calls are allowed to numbers starting with "01", "02", "03", "07", and "08".
 
 4.2. Calls to premium-rate numbers, regardless of their prefix, are strictly prohibited during the Trial.
 
 4.3. International calls, except as explicitly permitted by us in writing, are strictly prohibited during the Trial.
 


5. Restrictions
 
 5.1. All premium numbers, both for texting and calls, are excluded from this Trial. This includes but is not limited to numbers with prefixes not explicitly mentioned in sections 3 and 4 above.
 
 5.2. Users found abusing the Trial by attempting to use services beyond the scope of these Terms may have their access to the Trial revoked without prior notice.

 


6. Numbers provided

 

During the Trial, you will be assigned either a mobile or geographic number. Please note that these numbers remain the property of PiPcall Ltd
 


7. Termination
 
 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Trial if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have breached any of these Terms. Users will be notified in advance of any termination or suspension of Trial access and why this has occurred.
 


8. No Warranty
 
 The Trial is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PiPcall commits to maintaining service availability and reliability during the Trial period to the best of our ability.
 


9. Limitation of Liability
 
 Under no circumstances shall PiPcall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Trial, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
 


10. Amendments
 
 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes, the latest versions can be found on the PiPcall website.
 


11. Governing Law
 
 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
 


12. Acceptance of Terms
 
 By using the PiPcall Trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and users agree to receive communications from PiPcall regarding the Trial and related services.

 


13. User Responsibilities

 

  1. Compliance with Terms: Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with and adhering to all terms and conditions outlined in the PiPcall Trial offering.
  2. Lawful Use: Users must use the Trial offering in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  3. Data Privacy: Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. This includes refraining from sharing sensitive data and exercising caution when transmitting information through the service.
  4. Security: Users must take reasonable measures to maintain the security of their account credentials and prevent unauthorised access to their PiPcall account. This includes creating strong passwords, regularly updating credentials, and promptly reporting any suspected security breaches.
  5. Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may disrupt or impair the functionality of the PiPcall service, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, spamming, or distributing malware.
  6. Fair Usage: Users must utilise the Trial offering in a fair and reasonable manner, refraining from excessive or abusive usage that may negatively impact the experience of other users.
  7. Feedback and Reporting: Users are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience with the Trial offering and report any issues or concerns to PiPcall's customer support team in a timely manner by contacting support@pipcall.com or calling 0330 094 8086.
  8. Respect for Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of PiPcall and third parties, refraining from infringing upon copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights in their use of the service.
  9. Lawful Content: Users are responsible for ensuring that any content transmitted or shared through the PiPcall service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to restrictions on hate speech, harassment, and illegal content.
  10. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PiPcall from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their breach of the user responsibilities outlined herein.
