CCPS (Coalition of Care and Support Providers in Scotland) is the voice of not-for-profit social care providers in Scotland. Working with over 90 provider organisations spanning care and support for children, young people and families; disabled people; older people; people in the justice system; people experiencing homelessness, and more.
Its mission is for individuals and families to thrive through a relationship-based care and support system. To be able to make good on its mission, CCPS needed a mobile communications system that it could deliver high-quality voice calls wherever employees are, PiPcall was there to rely on.

Working in the third sector and supporting care providers making a real difference means every conversation is important and we can’t afford dropped calls. The Mobile+ app allows staff to take part in a company wide telephone system while retaining high quality voice calls, whether remote or on in our offices.
Working with the PiPcall team has been a brilliant experience and we recently upgraded our contract, which is a testament to the team’s support and the service Mobile+ provides. For example, our rolling contract means we can flex up and down as needed and we have the option of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) including Apple IOS and Android as necessary.
